Point Accumulation Rules

Members dining at Truyen Thuyet Champong can earn points by using their phone number to log into the system after payment.

  • Points can be redeemed for dishes, gifts, or rewards within the system.
  • Cannot be converted into cash.
  • Validity: Maximum 24 months from the date of acquisition. Automatically expires on the first day of the 25th month.

Tier Upgrade Rules

  • Calculated based on the actual total spending within the last 12 months.
  • 10,000 VND = 1 Upgrade Point
  • Upgrade points cannot be used for reward redemption.
  • Updated on the 1st of every month.

  • 4% point accumulation
  • Eligible to use points for reward redemption
  • Participate in periodic promotions

  • Priority for events & special gifts

Direct Discount: - 50,000 đ Actual Payment: 950,000 đ Spending Points: 47,500 points Upgrade Points: 95 points

🔥 Total benefit (discount + point accumulation) ~ 10% of the bill value.

Birthday Week Privilege

Birthday week is the week containing the customer's birthday (from Monday to Sunday). All bills generated during this week will receive double accumulated points.

Upgrade & Downgrade Regulations

Membership Upgrade

  • The system reviews and updates accounts on the 1st of every month.
  • Based on the total accumulated spending in the last 12 months.
  • Once the spending threshold is met, the tier will be automatically upgraded.

Membership Downgrade

  • If the spending in the last 12 months is insufficient to maintain the tier, the system will automatically downgrade to the corresponding level.
  • Retention Policy: Downgrades are limited to a maximum of 1 time within 6 months.
